Here I have a easy "Hot Crock Pot Chicken Curry" dish that is sure to please even the most anti-curry protesters. Most curry recipes are intimidating. There is a long list of ingredients, usually consisting of foreign items. As an American coming from a traditional household, my family never made curries. When I first tried a curry using a something in a box from the store it tasted awful! I knew making my own would undoubtedly be better. If you have a few basic spices and some coconut milk then you are more than 90% there. it's relatively simple to make; it only requires cut up vegetables either fresh or even frozen pre-cut and some coconut milk.
